1. Scope

Owline hosts playlist metadata — track titles, artist names, user-authored descriptions, and cover images. We do not host or stream audio. Playback happens on the original source (Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud).

Copyright claims may still apply to cover images, playlist descriptions, or user-uploaded assets.

2. Filing a notice

To report infringing content, send an email to dmca@owline.io with:

  • Your full legal name and contact information.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) on Owline where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the use is not authorized.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Action we take

Upon receipt of a valid notice we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the material promptly.
  • Notify the user who posted the material.
  • Terminate repeat infringers' accounts.

4. Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@owline.io with:

  • Your full legal name and contact information.
  • Identification of the removed material and its original URL.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, SP (or your local federal district if outside Brazil).
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

After a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days unless the original claimant files a court action.

5. Repeat infringer policy

Accounts that receive multiple valid copyright complaints will be suspended. A third valid complaint results in permanent termination.
