1. Data we collect

Email, username, profile info (name, bio, location, avatar), listening history (scrobbles), playlists you create, playlists you save/love/tag, follow relationships, and standard request metadata (IP, user agent).

2. How we store data

Data is stored on AWS infrastructure (RDS-compatible MySQL in São Paulo region, S3 for media). Tokens are signed JWTs, stored on your device (SecureStore on native, sessionStorage on web).

3. Third-party services

We query Spotify's Web API to search tracks. We do not share your personal data with Spotify. We plan to add YouTube and SoundCloud search in the future.

4. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Email privacy@owline.io.

5. Cookies

Owline does not use tracking cookies. The only browser storage we use is for your login session.

6. LGPD / GDPR

Owline complies with LGPD (Brazil) and, where applicable, GDPR (EU). Requests for data portability or erasure are handled within 15 days.
