1. Account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity on your account.

2. Your content

Playlists, descriptions, and comments you post belong to you. By publishing public content you grant Owline a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform.

3. Acceptable use

No spam, hate speech, harassment, infringement of copyright, or impersonation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Music metadata

Track titles, artist names, and cover art are metadata references. Owline does not host or stream audio files. Playback happens on the original source (Spotify, YouTube, etc.).

5. Copyright

If you believe content on Owline infringes your copyright, send a DMCA-style notice to dmca@owline.io with the required information.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms without prior notice when necessary to protect the community.

7. Liability

Owline is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes are resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP.
